IB Diploma exams run in a May session and a November session. Your school decides which session you sit; most Singapore schools sit in May.
Results for the May session are released in early July, and results for the November session in early January. The exact dates are in the table above.
Internal assessment deadlines are set by your school, not the IB, and are usually well before the exam session. Ask your teacher for the exact dates and plan your IA work around them.
