Terms of Service
Updated 13 October 2026The rules for using TutorPOD, including accounts, Premium subscriptions and our resources.
These terms apply when you use TutorPOD (tutor.studentpod.co), which is run by Studentpod in Singapore (“we”, “us”). By using the site or creating an account, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you, and they are responsible for any Premium subscription taken out for you.
Our notes, summaries, formula sheets, question packs, mock exams and other materials belong to Studentpod or our tutors. You may download and use them for your own personal study.
You may not:
If we find Premium files being shared, we may end that account’s Premium access without a refund.
We agree tuition directly with you (by WhatsApp, email or enquiry form), including the schedule, fees, venue or online platform. Any offers we advertise, such as a first-lesson discount or a free reschedule, apply as described when you book.
Online video courses and ExamPod are run on the main Studentpod website (studentpod.co), and its own terms apply to them.
Our tutors and materials are designed to help you prepare, but we can’t guarantee any exam result. Your result depends on many things outside our control. Exam bodies such as ACCA, CIMA, ISCA, IBO, Cambridge and Pearson Edexcel are not connected with TutorPOD, and their names are used only to describe what we teach.
We provide TutorPOD “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we can’t promise it will always be error-free or online.
As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
If you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, we may suspend or close your account. You can stop using TutorPOD at any time. Cancel any Premium subscription first, so you aren’t charged again.
We may update these terms. If we do, we’ll change the date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we’ll also let signed-in users know by email. If you keep using TutorPOD after a change, the new terms apply to you.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the Singapore courts will deal with any dispute. Questions? Email hello@studentpod.co.
